Your online assessment
Once you've submitted your online application, our recruitment team will review it based on the role's criteria. If you move forward, we'll invite you to a virtual assessment via email. Don't worry, the video component is just a chance for us to get to know you better, so feel free to be yourself – we're not looking for perfect answers.
At Rocky Bay, inclusivity is a top priority, and that includes making our recruitment process accessible for everyone. If you need any adjustments to accommodate your unique situation, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We're here to help!
Your interview
This step in our process can take the form of either an in-person or virtual interview. It's a great chance for us to connect more personally and address any role-specific queries you may have. Typically, the two person interview panel consists of the leaders from the recruiting area. The questions are aimed at understanding your motivation, fit with Rocky Bay, and the skills, experience, and qualifications you can contribute to our organisation. We're looking forward to learning more about you!
Your compliance checks and employment offer
At this stage, depending on the role you've applied for, you may be asked to provide any missing information from your application before we extend an offer to you. Your Recruitment Officer will guide you through this process, ensuring your experience with us is seamless. This may include providing the names of two professional references and undergoing related checks required for working in disability services. Keep in mind that the final stages of the recruitment process can vary based on the role and location you've applied for.
If you don't progress to this stage, we understand this might not be the news you were hoping for. However, every experience is valuable and may lead you to your next opportunity. We maintain a talent pipeline and may reach out to you if your skills, experience, and qualifications align with a future vacancy.
