Anto recently stepped into a new role as Business Services & Development Manager, keep reading to find out more about his new role!
What has your career been like at Rocky Bay?
I came to Rocky Bay after moving from the east on fixed-term maternity leave relief as Clinical Operations Manager at Patricia Kailis Centre. I became permanent after returning staff took a role elsewhere within Rocky Bay in January 2023.
Tell us about your new role?
My role focuses on overseeing the Clinical Support Services team who are responsible for the smooth running of the clinical division. My role focuses on innovation and opportunities within Clinical and integrated with our operational and corporate teams as well as external partnerships and possibilities. It assists Rocky Bay to stay at the forefront of high-quality and efficient clinical practice and achieve operational and strategic priorities.
What things are you excited about achieving for staff and customers in your new role?
I’m excited about helping our clinical teams continue to achieve great customer outcomes and personal job satisfaction, look for continued improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with other departments and business units in Rocky Bay.
What do you enjoy most about working at Rocky Bay?
While I don’t work directly with our customers anymore, I love seeing the impact our services make every day and hearing their stories. Feeling the sense of comradery that we share at all levels of the organisation in celebrating moments, is a real positive aspect of the culture at Rocky Bay.
