  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples: Create a supportive environment, offer cultural awareness training, and improve recruitment and retention of staff.
  • Cultural and Linguistic Diversity: Address barriers to recruitment and career advancement for diverse employees.
  • Diversity of Experience and Working Style: Support neurodiverse employees, those with family or caregiving responsibilities and our customers.
  • Gender Equality: Promoting equal representation in our workforce of all genders.
  • LGBTQIA+ and Bodily Diverse People: Create a safe and inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community with educational initiatives and support.

Family Domestic Violence Support:

As part of our Diversity & Inclusivity strategy we have partnered with the Patricia Giles Centre for Non-Violence to become family and Domestic Violence (FDV) support advocates. You can find more information about Patricia Giles and the range of services and programs for families experiencing and escaping family and domestic violence here.
