Community Services Info Night

Navigating the NDIS can sometimes be complicated, confusing, and feel like a bit of an uphill battle. At Rocky Bay, our role is to actively support you and your loved ones on your journey, and make sure that you are at the centre of every decision you make. We want to equip you with everything you need to understand your funding, to make sure yourself or your loved one can access every service you need, and get the most out of your plan.

Come and explore Rocky Bay’s Community service offerings and learn more about how you can maximise your NDIS funding to access more of the right services for your needs. The Community Services Info Night will include educational support to manage and maximise your community services funding, an overview of available Community services at Rocky Bay, an open discussion forum for questions, and an opportunity to connect with other families over light refreshments. Please bring any questions or queries you might have – we hope to see you there!

Time: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

Location: Mandurah Activity Room, Mandurah Hub (220 Lakes Road, Greenfields WA 6210)

Support: If your loved ones require support while you attend the info night, options will be available at the time of the event.

Cost: $0. The Info Night is free to attend, but you will be charged the appropriate rate if you require support for you loved one during the session.
