MyTime Support Group Cottesloe

MyTime is back for 2025! A free support group for parents and carers, kicking off in February.

Join us in the newly refurbished Building A at Lady Lawley Cottage in Cottesloe and enjoy views of the ocean!

MyTime is a free support group for parents and carers of children with disabilities or chronic medical conditions (up to 18 years old).

It’s a friendly space where you can connect with others, share experiences, and find helpful resources. If you have a preschool-aged child, they’re welcome to join you, as we have a play leader to keep them busy with fun activities while you chat.

Our group is all about peer support, with a skilled facilitator to help things run smoothly. Our Rocky Bay MyTime facilitator will be there to make sure everyone feels supported, no matter where you are in your journey. While the facilitator is there to guide the group, the focus is on you – you decide what you want to talk about and do!
