At Rocky Bay, our Fitness therapy service  is so much more than lifting weights or following a generic workout plan. We take an  individualised approach, working closely with you to create a program tailored to your goals.

How Fitness Therapy Works

We meet you where you feel most comfortable. Fitness Therapy sessions can take place:

  • In a Rocky Bay therapy gym
  • At your local gym, park or recreation centre

We can also colloborate with your support network whether that’s parents, carers or local personal trainers to ensure your exercise routine can be intergrated into your daily life and maintained in the long term.

Our Fitness Officers wAs well as providing direct support to people living with disability, the Fitness Officers can extend your training with your team of parents, carers and local personal trainers to ensure exercise routines can be maintained in the long term.

Hydrotherapy: Water-Based Exercise in a Supportive Environment

Reach your fitness goals in Rocky Bay’s hydrotherapy pool, located at Mosman Park. It is a calm, controlled environment specially designed for rehabilitation, and general therapy. The pool provides a low sensory environment to build on your strength and balance, under the careful support of our expert Fitness Officers.
