Hydro Heroes
Hydro Heroes is a fun and engaging six-week water based therapy program designed to support children’s development in a fun and social environment. Led by experienced therapists, these weekly 45-minute sessions help your little one build essential skills while having a great time in the water! Thanks to the generous support of the City of Stirling Community Grants Program, lane hire costs and resources for the Hydro Heroes program are fully covered.
- Move & Grow: Improve mobility, strength, coordination, and endurance
- Build Confidence: Develop early water skills and learn water safety
- Boost Focus & Regulation: Enhance joint attention and emotional regulation
- Connect & Communicate: Strengthen language and social interaction with others

Full program details as below:
- Who can attend: Children 0-3 years and their care giver
- Location: Stirling Leisure – Balga
- Dates: May 20, 27, June 3, 10, 17, 24
- Time: Tuesdays 11:30am – 12:15pm
- What to bring: Towel, swim nappies, bathers, food/drink, pool admission fee (Under 2 years $5.00 per visit | Over 2 years $10.60 per visit)
- Funding Options: NDIS Improved Daily Living (15) running as program of support, Paying privately
Please note pool admission fees are an out-of-pocket charge (i.e. not covered by program cost/NDIS).
