Daymon joins Rocky Bay with over 30 years’ leadership experience in the health and aged care sectors.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering strategic and operational growth and development, strong commercial acumen, driving compliance and governance at all levels, and extensive leadership across residential age care, the NDIS, retirement living and home care.

Daymon has led multi-disciplined national and state based teams, and has built strong stakeholder relationships across all levels in government, commercial, and not-for-profit networks.
